My guess would be the FDA but who knows.

7 Unhealthy "Healthy" Foods


Look scrumptious, yes? Who doesn't love the sweet and salty combo?? As the experts always say, most things are okay if you eat them in moderation. No one ever said you should totally deprive yourself from some of the things you love. However, just moderate the amount and only enjoy treats like this occasionally. Choose some of the healthier nuts - like pistachios, unsalted almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts - then throw in some natural raisins and a little bit of 70% dark chocolate morsels and you're good to go. Just go easy on the sweets. And remember, a small handful is plenty for a serving size. Nuts are extremely high in fat and calories, and even though there are good fats in nuts, it's easy to get too many in one sitting. Don't deprive your body if it's craving something sweet or salty. Just be smart about your choices. Figure out exactly what your body needs and go from there.
